Can we add post-audit support after the audit report is delivered?
Yes. Post-audit support can be added at any point after the initial audit, including weeks later. The audit report is the foundation; support is optional.
How long are the check-in sessions?
Each check-in is a 60-minute video session. The 90-day report is a written document delivered ahead of the session, which then focuses on review and next steps.
Who should attend the check-in sessions?
At minimum: the Scrum Master or Delivery Lead. Ideally: also the Product Owner. Executive stakeholder attendance at the 90-day session is recommended for organisations using the report for board purposes.
What if we've already implemented most recommendations before the 30-day check-in?
That's excellent progress. The 30-day check-in then focuses on metric confirmation and identifying the next tier of improvements from the roadmap.
Can support be extended beyond 90 days?
Yes. Extended support or a follow-up audit can be scoped after the 90-day benchmark — based on what the data shows is still needed.
